- Combine corn meal, flour, chili powder, salt, garlic
powder and pepper.
- Beat egg and water until well combined.
- Dip fish fillets in dry ingredients, egg mixture, then in
dry ingredients again.
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Fry coated
fish 2 to 3 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily
with a fork.
